We are back home from our vacation in Scottsdale, AZ. Our vacation was fun but it’s nice to be home and relaxing in the back yard drinking a 2009 Pasos Grenache Dry Rosé. It is a really nice wine to relax with. The wine has a medium salmon color with a nose of strawberries. A real nice flavor of raspberries and other red fruit, good acidity, and a nice clean finish. A very nice domestic Rosé. I’ll need to get some more of this.
We enjoy wine, food and travel. Pull That Cork is a chronicle of our wine adventures, the food and wine pairings we create and our travels which are increasingly organized around wine.
