2008 Doobie Brothers North Coast Red Wine

The 2008 Doobie Brothers North Coast Red Wine was made by B.R. Cohn, their long time manager. He made it to celebrate 40 years of music with the Doobie Brothers. It was produced in memory of Keith Knudsen, their drummer from 1974 to 2005.

The wine is a blend of Bordeaux varietals and has a light nose of medium red fruit with an interesting vegetal note. Well balanced with moderate tannins and good acidity. The flavors are fruit and leather and the finish is of moderate length. It would be best paired with “Listen To The Music”. Highly recommended.

  1. I don’t recall where we got this wine originally. I believe it was from a local wine shop. It may have been a limited time release. You may want to check Wine.com or the B R Cohn winery directly.

  2. Desperiatly looking to purchase bottles of the Doobie Brothers wine for my husband. Any help in locating?

    Thanks,
