2007 Stacked Stone Cellars Quarry Reserve

Stacked Stone Quarry ReserveThe 2007 Stacked Stone Cellars Quarry Reserve from Paso Robles is 55% Petit Verdot, 20% Merlot, 12.5% Cabernet Franc and 12.5% Cabernet Sauvignon. This made an outstanding complex wine that was very easy drinking. The color was a light garnet and there were notes of deep red roses and dark fruit in the nose. The flavors were red fruit, raspberries and cherries with a little smoke. A very well balanced wine with smooth tannins. I highly recommend this wine.
